Additional Information

11. How will you handle a delay in your project timeline?
Delays will be addressed by reallocating resources to focus on critical path activities, potentially bringing in additional staff if necessary. Timely inform community on the forum about the delay, its cause and further action plan.

12. How will you handle a scenario where the project can’t be completed due to insufficient funding or other factors?
We will handle the project until it’s fully delivered.

13. How will you handle a scenario where the project is completed, but significantly under-budget?
Any surplus funds will be discussed with the community for potential reinvestment into further enhancing the project, possibly by adding additional features or allocating it towards future maintenance costs.

Don’t think this is a good spend of resources given the current state of the protocol. Would revisit this in the future if we see our MAU #s go up significantly.
