Is there off chain Voting and Proposal submission?

I am not accusing, just curious. Maybe I am missing some of the conversation.
There is more labeling that can be done on this list as future work. Maybe sub graph?

Website says: 16 Proposals and 10 Voters.
Etherscan says: 14 Proposals and 6 Voters
I’m unable to see who voted for what on the site. Possibly another Platform?

The contract does say that Stable Lab Voted but there isn’t a tx for it.
Maybe due to being a Gnosis Safe?

We believe such features to improve voting details will be helpful but it can be done under front end improvements

I attempted to vote in the first cohort through 8 Golden Fish Investments but the transaction did not seem to go through. The transaction did not revert and the site looked like the votes were delegated from the account. Itʻs possible this might have happened to other voters too.
